MANAGING & PRINCIPAL
ATTORNEY

Dominique E. Banos is the managing and principal attorney of DBLO Firm. Her practice consists of state and federal civil litigation, family law, real estate transactions and criminal defense.
Ms. Banos was born in Los Angeles and raised in the Conejo Valley, graduating from Oak Park High School, with honors. She earned her Juris Doctorate (“JD”) degree from Whittier College School of Law and Bachelor of Arts (“BA”) degree in History from California State University of Northridge. While attending California State University of Northridge, Ms. Banos studied Art and International Relations at City University of New York’s Hunter College, in Manhattan, New York.
Ms. Banos is a fearless advocate, passionate about accountability, equality and fairness in law and business. She holds an abundance of knowledge and experience in many areas of law due to her diverse background, clientele, the time she spent with the Orange County District Attorneys Office’s Major Fraud Unit; and the many years spent working with prominent defense attorneys in Los Angeles and San Diego Counties. She is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Central and Northern Districts, and was admitted into the Supreme Court of the United States bar in 2023.
